Piling rigs, drilling rigs and hammers whose structural and hydraulic integrity must be proven before work starts.

Piling & Drilling Rigs we inspect

Third-party inspection and winch load testing of crawler piling rigs: mast, slew ring, undercarriage, hydraulics and safety devices.

Inspection and performance testing of rotary drilling rigs: rotary head, kelly bar, crowd system, drilling tools and hydraulic safety systems.

Inspection of hydraulic piling hammers: ram, anvil, accumulators, suspension and power pack, plus a functional blow-energy test before pile driving.

Inspection of vibro hammers and vibratory pile drivers: eccentric exciters, clamps, suspension, hoses and power pack for sheet and tube pile work.

Inspection of diaphragm wall grabs: bucket, jaws, closing cylinders, suspension, hose reel and verticality sensors for deep slurry trench excavation.

Inspection of HDD machines: thrust and pullback system, rotary drive, rod handling, anchoring, mud lines and safety devices for trenchless crossings.

Inspection of truck-mounted water well drilling rigs: mast, drawworks, rotary drive, mud pump, compressor and outriggers for borehole work.

Inspection and load testing of land workover rigs: mast or derrick, drawworks, travelling block, wire rope, hook-load indicator and safety systems.
